TERMS: RETURN POLICY:
· Net 30 days on approved credit · Return Authorization numbers (RA#s) must be obtained 
· Visa/Master Card accepted   from a Crane USA Customer Service Representative before
· No C.O.D. Orders   merchandise can be returned:  
· All past due invoices are subject to a 2% late charge   customer-service@crane-usa.com  / 1-888-599-0992
· All returns without RA#s will be refused
FREIGHT: · A 25% restocking fee may be applied.
· All orders are FOB shipping point · We are not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed
· LTL Shipments begin at 150 lbs dim weight   during shipping and we can only credit you for the items
· Please call Crane USA to arrange LTL shipments or   received.

WARRANTY:
CLAIMS: · A limited 1 year warranty protects all Crane USA products
· Each shipment should be inspected for shortages · Warranty policy does not apply to Buyer's Remorse
  and damages · Warranty policy does not cover abuse, neglect or normal
· Signature signifies acceptance of merchandise at   wear and tear
  receivers risk · Please call Crane USA customer service for all warranty claims
· If questionable, please reject delivery of merchandise   customer-service@crane-usa.com  / 1-888-599-0992
· Any exceptions (shortages/damages) must be noted
  on freight
  bill and reported to the freight carrier within seven days 
  of receipt of merchandise
